IQS is a Training, Consultancy, Inspection and NDT services organization established in 1994. I am happy to announce that we have completed 27 years of continued Quality services in India as well as abroad. At this time, I remember the adage "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."
The mission of Insight Quality Services is to exceed the customers' expectations by providing outstanding services with a dedicated team of technically competent engineers. We started in 1994 with NDT training in basic methods of Radiographic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Leak Testing, Visual Testing and Eddy Current Testing - Level I & Level II programs. This has grown into a gamut of training courses detailed below. For successful and effective Training, one needs Good Faculty, Good Training Material and Good Infrastructure. At IQS, we have a dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced faculties. In the last 28 years, we have developed a range of training materials and books. We develop our own programs, and knowing the pain areas of our Industry, we design the program accordingly. We have our three well-equipped training halls in Pune. The training programmes are organized in Mumbai and Chennai also.

IQS is an ISO 9001 certified company and our Training Centre is accredited by National Certification Board (NCB) of Indian Society for Non-destructive Testing (ISNT) since 2007. Some of the training programs conducted are Certified Welding Inspector programs like AWS & CSWIP, Welder's training, ISO 9001 and other Management Systems, NDT Level I, II and III courses, EN 473/ISO 9712 courses, Metallurgy, Code related courses, Safety, Purchase etc. Training programs like In-Service Inspection of API (American Petroleum Institute), Pressure Vessel Inspector's Program, Tank Inspection Program, In-service inspection of Piping, Welding & Inspection Program, Source Inspector, Refractory, Tank Entry Supervisor, Damage Mechanism etc. are also conducted by us, in India and abroad. These programs are well received in India as well as abroad and the passing rate of the candidates is over 90%. The NDT practical sessions are solely conducted by demonstrators who are especially trained and have hands-on experience in the field. This is the unique facility available with us as we are in NDT services as well as training. We also provide soft skill training like Train the Trainers, Time management etc. We have a facility for online training, and have also started Computer Based Test (CBT) System. This means you can connect with us from anywhere in the world and get our training or examination services. On the requests of many students from UAE, we have now opened an office in UAE under the name Insight Global FZE. We have stationed an Operation Manager and expert faculty in UAE. We render training and consultancy services in UAE. - Consultancy
Our consultancy services include ASME Consultancy, consultancy in Health & Safety, OHSAS 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc. In preparing a shop for ASME certification, we develop Quality System Manual, a design backup and welding & NDE area. Thus, we are providing a one-stop solution to our customers from Concept to Completion. We also provide Consultancy Services for ISO 3834 and ISO 15805 Certification. We assist API customers in their API audits. - Inspection
We are also having a team of dedicated engineers for Inspection & NDT Services Department. This team looks after the inspection work of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Structural, Tank inspection etc. We give Welding procedure and Welders Performance Qualification Services. - Shutdown
We have an expert team of engineers for Shutdown work of oil and gas industry. Actually, shutdown Inspection is quite different from new equipment inspection. But we have experienced engineers having both the backgrounds. This also puts them in a better position to understand what can go wrong at site when they are doing inspection at source. Incidentally, we are also conducting Source Inspection program which meets the requirements of API. - NDT Services
